介绍了基于分布式采集的运输环境数据综合采集系统,实现了某飞行器经铁路运输到发射阵地的振动、冲击、温湿度等环境参数的实时监控测量,后续通过车载分析系统对采集的海量测试数据进行自动批处理,得到振动测量数据的时域和频域分析、温湿度及车速等信息。测量分析数据表明,经过减振处理的火车运输支架对飞行器运输起到很好的减振效果,保障了运输过程中产品的安全性。
This paper introduces a comprehensive collection system of transportation environment data based on distributed acquisition, realizes the real-time monitoring and measurement of environmental parameters such as vibration, impact, temperature and humidity of an aircraft by rail transportation to launch site. Afterwards, through the on-board analysis system, Automatic batch processing, vibration measurement data obtained in the time domain and frequency domain analysis, temperature and humidity and speed information. The measurement and analysis data show that the train transport brackets after vibration reduction have a good damping effect on the transportation of the aircraft and the safety of the products in the transportation process is ensured.
