毒理基因组学是利用DNA微阵列技术,研究化合物作用于机体后的基因变化,将组学技术与传统毒理学及组织病理学相结合,评价和预测化合物的毒性的一门学科。随着毒理基因组学的广泛应用,免疫毒理学领域也开始利用基因表达谱来分析化合物的免疫毒性。目前认为免疫毒理基因组学可能在下述3个方面具有较高的应用价值,即免疫毒性物质的筛选、免疫毒性作用机制的研究以及免疫毒性风险评估。现围绕这3个方面,对毒理基因组学在免疫毒理学领域中的应用进行阐述。
Toxicology genomics is the use of DNA microarray technology to study the role of compounds in the body after the genetic changes, the omics science and traditional toxicology and histopathology combine to assess and predict the toxicity of a subject. With the widespread use of toxicological genomics, immunotoxicology has also begun to use gene expression profiling to analyze the immunotoxicity of compounds. At present, it is believed that immunotoxicological genomics may have higher value in the following three aspects: screening of immunotoxic substances, research on the mechanism of immunotoxicity and assessment of immunotoxicity risk. Now around these three aspects, the application of toxicological genomics in the field of immunotoxicology is described.
