本文通过解析资本概念的源头,挖掘人力资本概念的历史,从中找出人力资本理论产生背后的动机,简析中国当代人力资本研究方向后得出以下结论:一、资本概念创生时的模糊性为后来围绕此概念展开的学术研究留下了随意发挥的空间。二、人力资本理论作为冷战时期美苏争霸的产物,其理论源头是19世纪末资本“折中”定义,其实质动机是为调和资本主义国家内部阶级矛盾的各种实际方法找到一种理论支持。三、中国当代学术界不加批判地全盘接受西方人力资本理论,在客观上起到了误导大众的影响。四、中国学术界应将人力资本概念还原回劳动能力这个真意上来,重点研究劳动能力提高对经济和社会发展的积极作用,并为加强劳动者在收入分配方面的势力做出贡献。
By analyzing the source of the concept of capital and mining the history of the concept of human capital, this paper finds out the motivation behind the theory of human capital, and then draws the following conclusion after analyzing the research direction of contemporary human capital: First, the ambiguity of the concept of capital For the later academic research carried out around this concept left a free space to play. Second, human capital theory, as a product of the struggle between the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union in the Cold War era, originated from the definition of capital “compromise” in the late 19th century. Its essential motivation is to find a theory for various practical methods of reconciling the internal class contradictions in capitalist countries stand by. Third, China’s contemporary academic community has accepted the theory of human capital in the West without any criticism and has objectively mislead the public. Fourthly, Chinese academia should restore the concept of human capital back to the true meaning of working ability, focusing on the positive effect of the improvement of working ability on economic and social development and contributing to strengthening the labors’ contribution to the distribution of income.
