有关同时测定血及肾组织中甲基强的松龙(MP)药物浓度的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,国内、外尚少见报道。本文报道的方法是用国产色谱柱在同一色谱条件下能同时检测血及肾组织中MP的浓度,本法具有灵敏、准确、操作简便、快速等特点,所用色谱柱价廉,试剂成本相对较低。 材料与方法 1.材料 (1)试剂:MP标准品为美国普强苏州制药有限公司产品。甲基强的松龙琥珀酸钠(MPS)为美国普强药厂比利时分厂生产。乙腈为色谱纯,其余试剂均为分析纯。试剂配制:100mg/L MP标准溶液,8g/L MPS工作液。(2)实验动物:40只SD
High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for simultaneous determination of methylprednisolone (MP) in blood and kidney tissue has not been reported at home and abroad. The method reported in this paper is to use the domestic chromatographic column to detect the concentration of MP in blood and kidney tissue under the same chromatographic conditions. The method is sensitive, accurate, easy to operate and fast. The column used is cheap and the reagent cost is relatively low. Materials and methods 1.
