在大力发展青少年校园足球已经上升为国家战略的背景下,如何有效开展校园足球,如何培养优秀足球后备人才已经成为亟待解决的问题。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对制约我国校园足球发展的因素进行了深入的剖析,研究认为,我国校园足球的发展主要受经费缺乏、教练员能力和数量不足、升学面临区域限制、学训矛盾突出及场地器材不足等因素的制约。建议:1)建立有偿输送机制,拓展资金筹措渠道;2)聘训结合、跟踪反馈,加强师资队伍建设;3)灵活组织补课和考试,有效解决“学训矛盾”;4)建立与完善足球特长生升学流动制度;5)整合资源实施“网络式”训练。 How to effectively develop football on campus and how to cultivate outstanding football reserve talents has become an urgent issue to be solved in the context of vigorously developing the youth football on campus has risen to a national strategy. The paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of campus football in our country by using the methods of literature review and expert interviews.
