试验从保存温度、产品水分、保护剂、载体等4个方面研究了不同保存条件对里氏木霉孢子粉保质期的影响。结果显示:不同的保存温度、产品水分、保护剂、载体对里氏木霉的保存均有影响,其中温度的影响最大,其次是保护剂,再次是水分,载体对其影响相对较小。试验筛选得出延长里氏木霉保存期的最佳组合,即保存温度为5℃,水分为7%,保护剂为糊精,载体为腐殖酸。
The effects of different storage conditions on the shelf life of Trichoderma reesei spore powder were studied from four aspects: storage temperature, product moisture, protective agent and carrier. The results showed that different storage temperature, product moisture, protective agent and carrier had an impact on the preservation of Trichoderma reesei, of which temperature had the greatest impact, followed by the protective agent, again the water, and the carrier had less influence on it. The best combination of prolonging the storage period of Trichoderma reesei was obtained through the test screening, that is, the storage temperature is 5 ° C, the water content is 7%, the protective agent is dextrin, and the carrier is humic acid.
