以Arc GIS地理处理中的空间分析模块为主,利用“Model builder”及空间建模技术创建了城市暴雨内涝灾害风险指标评估模型。在风险综合评估与区划的研究中,用层次分析法确定了每个风险指标的评价权重,并将模糊评价应用于GIS风险指标栅格数据,从而实现了有关风险指标的数据管理、空间分析模型和空间制图表达技术的结合。模型建成后可以高效完成各指标的计算、中间文件的管理、数据的更新和评估结果的空间制图表达,实现城市暴雨风险指标评估过程的流程化操作。将GIS空间分析建模技术应用于工程实例中,得到了风险评估分级与区划成果,可为城市内涝这种突发性自然灾害的救灾、减灾等提供信息保障和决策支持。
Based on the spatial analysis module in ArcGIS GIS, using the “Model Builder” and spatial modeling techniques, an urban storm rain disaster risk assessment model was established. In the comprehensive risk assessment and zoning study, the evaluation weight of each risk indicator was determined using the analytic hierarchy process, and the fuzzy evaluation was applied to the GIS risk indicator grid data, thus realizing the data management and spatial analysis model of relevant risk indicators. Combined with spatial cartographic techniques. After the model is completed, it can efficiently complete the calculation of various indicators, the management of intermediate documents, data updates and spatial mapping expressions of evaluation results, and realize the process operation of the assessment process of urban storm risk indicators. The GIS spatial analysis modeling technology was applied to the engineering examples, and the results of risk assessment, classification and zoning were obtained, which can provide information security and decision support for the disaster relief and mitigation of such sudden natural disasters in cities.
