本文利用热分析法 (DSC)和直接加热法对常见塑料进行了热分析研究 ,对含碳氢、氮、氧、卤素等不同元素塑料的热分解行为进行分析 ,发现含阻燃元素 (如含氮、卤元素 )的塑料分解温度较高 ,而含碳氢、碳氢氧的塑料分解温度低且容易燃烧。塑料随初始环境温度的升高 ,分解速度加快 ,但不同塑料的变化情况不同。
In this paper, thermal analysis (DSC) and direct heating method were used to study the thermal analysis of common plastics. The thermal decomposition behavior of plastics with different elements such as hydrocarbon, nitrogen, oxygen and halogen were analyzed. It was found that the flame retardants Nitrogen, halogen) plastic decomposition temperature is higher, and hydrocarbon-containing, hydrocarbon-oxygen plastic decomposition temperature is low and easy to burn.
