IKK(inhibitor of NF-κBkinase)复合体的催化亚基IKKα,调节NF-κB激活。
IKK (inhibitor of NF-κB kinase) complex catalytic subunit IKKα, regulate NF-κB activation. In epidermal tissue, IKKα has been shown to be a key regulator of keratinocyte proliferation, differentiation and oncogenic transformation, playing an important role in preventing the conversion of keratinocytes and dermal fibroblasts into malignant tumors, This finding provides a new therapeutic target for the prevention of skin cancer. This review summarizes the signaling pathways involved in epidermal differentiation and skin cancer, and their formation of a signaling network centered on IKKα, which provides a theoretical basis and a new perspective for studying the pathogenesis of skin differentiation and skin cancer.
