文中分析轮距变化引起轮胎磨损、操稳性变差的机理,提出解决措施。根据双横臂独立悬架运动学和动力学结构,推导出轮距变化的数学公式。计算实例悬架的轮距变化量,在软件ADAMS中建立简化的悬架模型,仿真分析和优化独立悬架的轮距变化量。
In this paper, the mechanism of tire wear and stability deteriorating caused by the change of wheelbase is analyzed and the solutions are put forward. According to the kinematic and dynamic structure of double wishbone independent suspension, the mathematical formula of wheelbase change is deduced. Calculate the wheelbase variation of the instance suspension, establish a simplified suspension model in software ADAMS, simulate and optimize the wheelbase variation of the independent suspension.
