目的:建立药物诱发的高血压大鼠模型,通过观察自发性高血压大鼠的血压、生化指标等方面变化评价降血压食品功能因子的降压效果。方法:选择了自发性高血压大鼠模型,饲养一周后将其分组,并给不同剂量的含食品功能因子药物进行干预。结果:4周后对照组大鼠血压持续升高,各治疗组自发性大鼠血压出现明显下降,表明降压食品功能因子有降低血压及改善生化指标作用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a drug-induced hypertensive rat model to evaluate the antihypertensive effect of lowering blood pressure food functional factors by observing the changes of blood pressure and biochemical indexes in spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods: A spontaneous hypertensive rat model was selected and divided into groups after a week of feeding, and different doses of drugs containing food functional factors were intervened. Results: After 4 weeks, the blood pressure of rats in control group continued to increase, and the blood pressure of spontaneous rats in each treatment group decreased significantly, indicating that blood pressure lowering factors and biochemical indexes were reduced in functional foods of hypotensive foods.
