在使用逆流渣的试验装置上分15次进行了2640分钟的试验,表明渣钢逆流法有极高的精炼效率:能去除99.8%的磷和87%的硫,终点磷可低达0.001%,并能方便地应用气化脱硫反应。同时,还得到了原材料消耗少、热效率高、炉衬侵蚀速度小等效果。计算证明,上述精炼效果尚远未达到理想状态值。因此,本法不仅有助于连续冶炼工艺的发展,而且特别适用于高纯和超纯钢的生产。
