高校图书馆勤工助学岗位的设立,不仅有效缓解了图书馆工作人员紧张问题,而且学生通过岗位锻炼,提高了自身素质,缓解了经济压力,是一举双赢的好事。但是在实践中,勤工助学管理和运行中也存在着诸多问题,直接影响着图书馆工作效率的提高和工作质量的保证。本文针对勤工助学岗位管理的现实意义、存在的问题及改进措施进行了论述。
The establishment of college work-study positions has not only effectively alleviated the tension problem of library staff, but also improved the quality of students and alleviated the economic pressure through job training. This is a good thing for a win-win situation. However, in practice, there are also many problems in the management and operation of work-study program, which directly affects the improvement of library work efficiency and the guarantee of work quality. This article discusses the practical significance, existing problems and improvement measures of job-seeking post-graduate management.
