一、绪言六方氮化硼(BN)具有类似石墨的结晶结构,是白色薄片状的结晶。其六角网目由 B 和 N 交替排列而成,这个网平面的层叠不是象石墨结构那样一层层错开来的,在下侧网目的硼的正下方的网目中存在着氮,在氮的上面有硼。根据 X 射线研究,立方 BN 属 D_(6h)~4-P_(6)/mmc 空间群,=2.5039±0.0005;c_=6.6612±0.0005(埃)(35℃);z=2BN;B-N(层内)=1.45(埃),B…N(层间)=3.33(埃)。
I. Introduction Hexagonal boron nitride (BN) has a graphite-like crystal structure and is a white flake-like crystal. The hexagonal mesh is formed by the alternating arrangement of B and N. The network plane stack is not staggered in layers like the graphite structure. Nitrogen is present in the mesh directly under the boron mesh on the underside. Above the nitrogen, There is boron.
