目的:优化健胃消食口崩片的提取工艺。方法:通过正交试验,以橙皮苷提取率、绿原酸提取率和干膏得率为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对提取效果的影响。结果:健胃消食口崩片的最佳提取工艺为煎煮2次,第1次加6倍量水煎煮2 h,第2次加5倍量水煎煮1 h。结论:最佳提取工艺合理、稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Jianwei Xiaoshi Orally disintegrating tablets. Methods: Through the orthogonal test, the extraction rate of hesperidin, the rate of extraction of chlorogenic acid and the yield of dry extract were taken as indexes to investigate the effects of water addition, boiling time and decoction times on extraction efficiency. Results: The optimal extraction process of Jianwei Xiaoshi Orally disintegrating tablets was boiling for 2 times, adding 1 times 6 times amount of water for 2 hours and 2 times for 5 times amount of water for 1 hour. Conclusion: The best extraction process is reasonable, stable and feasible.
