目的:探讨CAD/CAM氧化锆、银钯合金和钴铬合金烤瓷全冠的修复效果及对牙周影响。方法 :随机选择全冠修复患者46例49颗受试牙,采用3种材料进行修复(CAD/CAM氧化锆、银钯合金、钴铬合金)。修复前、后进行GCF含量、TNF-α、IL-6检测,并对修复效果进行评价。采用SPSS 18.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:对照各组修复后效果,修复体颜色匹配和牙龈状况指标CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠组均显著优于其他2组(P<0.05)。各组修复后GCF含量、TNF-α和IL-6检测结果 ,CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠组均显著优于其他2组(P<0.01)。结论 :CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠修复体修复效果好,且对患者牙周组织的破坏较小,优于银钯和钴铬合金烤瓷全冠修复体。
Objective: To investigate the repair effect of CAD / CAM zirconium oxide, silver-palladium alloy and cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown on periodontal. Methods: Forty-nine teeth of 46 cases were randomly selected and were repaired by three kinds of materials (CAD / CAM zirconia, silver-palladium alloy and cobalt-chromium alloy). The contents of GCF, TNF-α and IL-6 were measured before and after the repair, and the repair effect was evaluated. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 18.0 software package. Results: The CAD / CAM zirconia all-ceramic crown group was significantly better than the other two groups (P <0.05) after the repair effect, prosthetic color matching and gum condition. The content of GCF, TNF-α and IL-6 in each group after repair were significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The CAD / CAM zirconia all-ceramic crowns restoration has a good effect and less damage to the periodontal tissues. It is superior to the silver-crown and cobalt-chromium ceramic crowns.
