建立了反映额定工况下机组COP随负荷率变化的基础性能系数函数。考虑冷凝器进水温度及水量、蒸发器出水温度及水量的变化对机组COP的影响,拟合得到蒸发器、冷凝器的水温和水量修正系数的多项式函数,对基础性能系数进行了修正,建立了机组在变工况时的能效模型。经验证可知,该模型具有较高的精确度,制冷和制热工况下的误差分别为-7.66%~5.41%和-5.71%~13.82%。
The basic performance coefficient function reflecting the change of COP with rated load under rated condition is established. Taking into account the condenser inlet water temperature and water volume, evaporator water temperature and water changes on the COP of the unit, the polynomial function of the water temperature and water correction coefficient of the evaporator and the condenser is fitted and the basic performance coefficient is modified to establish Energy Efficiency Model of Unit under Variable Operating Conditions. It is verified that the model has high accuracy, and the error under refrigeration and heating conditions are -7.66% -5.41% and -5.71% ~ 13.82% respectively.
