给小鼠静脉注射醋酸铅后 ,观察各脏器的脂质过氧化作用及部分血清生化指标与各脏器中铅、钙等金属浓度的变化。结果显示染铅组肝脏、肾脏、脑、脾脏、睾丸的脂质过氧化物 (LPO)值均明显高于对照组 ,血清天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)和乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性及各脏器铅、钙等金属含量与对照组相比也有显著性差异。提示脂质过氧化作用可能是组织铅中毒的机理之
After intravenous injection of lead acetate into mice, the changes of lipid peroxidation and some serum biochemical indexes of various organs and the metal concentrations of lead and calcium in various organs were observed. The results showed that the levels of LPO in liver, kidney, brain, spleen and testis in the lead-exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and organ of lead, calcium and other metal content compared with the control group also had significant differences.
