连铸的温度测量主要有钢包与中间罐内钢水温度的测量、结晶器出入水的温差与铸坯表面温度的测量。 1 钢水温度的测量钢水温度对连铸的正常生产与铸坯的质量至关重要。目前行之有效的测温方法是用快速微型热电偶与数字显示仪表。因为用这种热电偶测量钢水温度,反应时间仅在2~5秒钟之内,体积又小,所以叫做快速微型热电偶;在国外,叫做插入式或浸入式(immersion)热电偶;或叫做可换式(ex-changeable)热电偶或消耗式热电偶。兹将其测量原理构造及使用方法叙述于后。
