The book, a biographical novel by American novelist Frank McCourt, tells the story of a U.S.-born, Mecatet, who was born in the United States and grew up in Ireland before returning to the United States and being an Irish immigrant by Americans, looking for a dream in the United States. Although there is no soul-stirring scene in the novel, it still fascinates with its intense atmosphere of exuberant desire for freedom. This essay attempts to analyze from the point of view of existential freedom of choice, how to make it happen through personal choice and to take charge of himself and be responsible for the students.
