针对大白菜软腐病危害重,防治效果不理想等问题。从病区健、病株作物根际上分离到126株细菌,通过菌株离体拮抗性能、菌株荧光反应、菌株处理后大白菜过氧化物酶活性以及对盆栽和田间小区大白菜软腐病的防治等试验,获得了B11、B12、J1B等3个较理想的生防菌株。其对软腐欧氏杆菌拮抗圈半径分别为14.5mm、12.5mm、17.0mm;处理大白菜后过氧化物酶活性分别比对照增加34.10%、24.12%、13.93%;大田小区试验防效分别为59.8%、50.2%、38.8%,产量分别比对照增加28.5%、18.6%、25.7%。
