利用大孔树脂吸附和分离照相明胶中的微量铁,比较了6种树脂对微量铁的吸附效果,讨论了温度等因素对树脂吸附微量铁的影响。结果显示,D[(4)52.6(1)52.6(2)]大孔螯合树脂对铁的吸附效果较好;宜选用NaCl和络合剂EDTA混合溶液将树脂再生转化为Na型;采用D412大孔螯合型、732强酸型和711强碱型3种树脂的串联组合处理方式,除铁效率达50%~90%;溶液pH值对Fe3+在D412树脂上的吸附行为影响较小。
The macroporous resin was used to adsorb and separate trace iron in photographic gelatin. The adsorption effect of six resins on trace iron was compared. The influence of temperature and other factors on the adsorption of trace iron was discussed. The results showed that the adsorption of iron by D [(4) 52.6 (1) 52.6 (2)] macroporous chelating resin was better; the regeneration of resin should be regenerated into Na by using mixed solution of NaCl and complexing agent EDTA; Large pore chelate, 732 strong acid and 711 strong alkali three kinds of resin combination treatment, the iron removal efficiency of 50% to 90%; solution pH value of Fe3 + adsorption on the D412 resin little effect.
