本文在国际碳排放转移“消费者负责”的原则下,利用多区域的世界投入产出表对世界各国的出口碳排放量进行测算并结构分解,从碳排放技术、投入产出技术、出口结构和出口总量方面解释了同一时段影响各国出口碳排放增长路径的不同原因。利用单区域投入产出法的“国内技术假定”和多区域的世界投入产出法下不同进口国投入产出系数和碳排放系数,分别就中国对38个国家的进出口碳排放量进行测算,比较了中国与特定国家虚拟进口排放(单区域投入产出法下)和实际进口排放(多区域投入产出法下)之间的差额,并对误差额进行结构分解,同时从进口国碳排放强度差异、全球分工的嵌入程度差异等方面解释了按不同投入产出计算的碳排放差异的原因。
Under the principle of international carbon emission transfer and “consumer responsibility”, this paper uses the multi-region world input-output table to measure and structure the export carbon emissions of various countries in the world.
