课改是一个全新的教育实践,教师的教学方式、学生的学习方式及师生之间的关系都发生了很大的变化。如何促进教师的专业成长,提高学校的办学质量,是摆在我们面前的一个严峻的课题。在这个背景下,我们认识到校本教研是一条有效的途径。实现三个突破,促进教师专业成长,推动学校发展,迈出了成功的一步。一、一个制约“规模小、分布散、设点多”这是我们菩萨庙小学历史办学特点,也是农村小学的缩影,严重制约校本教研的开展。
