目的对现有小型猪种群进行筛查,期望发现可遗传性疾病,并进而开展遗传选育研究。方法未去势的广西巴马小型猪60头(♂21,♀39)和贵州小型猪50头(♂7,♀43),前腔静脉采血、检测13项血液生化指标。以超出(x±2s)范围为异常值,并对异常值进行重复检测和分析。结果共获得了血清生化指标异常个体42头,其中,贵州小型猪19头,广西巴马小型猪23头。经复测和分析,选择37号和103号猪,分别作为动脉粥样硬化抗性和易感性选育种猪。结论经血清生化指标筛查和统计分析,获得2头动脉粥样硬化抗性和易感性选育候选种猪。
OBJECTIVE To screen the existing miniature swine population and expect to discover hereditary diseases and further carry out genetic breeding research. Methods Sixty untreated Guangxi Bama miniature pigs (♂21 and ♀39) and Guizhou miniature pigs (♂7 and ♀43), anterior vena cava blood collection, and 13 blood biochemical indexes were detected. Exceed the (x ± 2s) range for the abnormal value, and the abnormal value repeated detection and analysis. Results A total of 42 individuals with abnormal serum biochemical indexes were obtained, among which, 19 were Guizhou miniature pigs and 23 were Bama miniature pigs. After repeated testing and analysis, pigs No. 37 and No. 103 were selected as breeding pigs with resistance and susceptibility to atherosclerosis respectively. Conclusion Screening and statistical analysis of serum biochemical indicators, we obtained 2 pigs with resistance and susceptibility to atherosclerosis.
