目的:观察粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(Gm-CSF)治疗化疗所致Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞减少的疗效。方法:Ⅲ～Ⅳ度骨髓抑制癌症病人,分别ih生白能150μg·d~(-1)连用5～7d及150～300μg·d~(-1)连用8～10d。结果:用药3～5d外周血白细胞计数开始回升,3～14d恢复正常。结论:GM-CSF能促进骨髓功能恢复,减少感染并发症。
Objective: To observe the effect of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (Gm-CSF) on chemotherapy-induced grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ leukopenia. Methods: Patients with Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ degree myelosuppressive cancer were treated with 150 μg · d -1 of ih for 5-7 days and 150-300 μg · d -1 for 8-10 days respectively. Results: Peripheral blood leukocyte counts began to rise 3 to 5 days after treatment and returned to normal within 3 to 14 days. Conclusion: GM-CSF can promote bone marrow function recovery and reduce infection complications.
