本文采用体外孵育、吞噬酵母菌方法.观察了黄芪和杜仲对链脲霉素糖尿病模型小鼠受损的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响,并以转移因子作为这两种中药的对照药物.结果表明:黄芪和转移因子均能促进糖尿病模型小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的恢复,且黄芪作用优于转移因子;杜仲对糖尿病模型小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能无影响
In this paper, in vitro incubation and phagocytosis of yeast method was observed astragalus and Eucommia on the diabetic nephropathy diabetic mice model of peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis, and the transfer factor as the two traditional Chinese medicine control drug results show Astragalus and transfer factor can promote the recovery of phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages in diabetic mice, and Astragalus membranaceus is better than transfer factor; Eucommia ulmoides has no effect on phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages in diabetic mice
