本文分析了目前复现金凝点以上国际实用温标和亮温量值传递比对中存在的问题及其原因。由于基准钨带灯是非黑体,其亮温是波长的函数,即钨带灯的同一温度点在不同波长上有不同的亮温量值。因此,对于波长函数不同的高温计,亮温量值不宜直接进行传递和比对。建议在钨带灯真温基础上通过高温计的波长函数传递亮温量值,并计算其亮温波长。亮温波长不同于有效波长,亮温波长是建立在钨带灯真温与亮温的关系上,只与钨的光谱发射率有关。在进行温度量值的比对时,由于亮温波长不同,不宜直接进行亮温量值的比对,建议换为真温后比对。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the transmission ratio comparison of international practical temperature scale and bright temperature value above the relict gold point and its causes. Since the reference tungsten lamp is non-blackbody, its brightness temperature is a function of wavelength, that is, the same temperature point of tungsten lamp has different bright temperature values at different wavelengths. Therefore, for the pyrometer with different wavelength functions, the bright temperature value should not be directly transmitted and compared. It is suggested that the bright temperature value be transferred by the wavelength function of the pyrometer on the basis of the true temperature of the tungsten lamp and the bright temperature wavelength is calculated. Bright temperature wavelength is different from the effective wavelength, bright temperature wavelength is based on the relationship between true temperature and bright temperature tungsten lamp, only with the spectral emissivity of tungsten. When comparing temperature values, it is not advisable to directly compare the bright temperature values because of the different wavelengths of bright temperatures. It is suggested that the comparison should be made after the actual temperature is changed.
