依据 1 5个大尺度钢纤维混凝土四桩承台试件的试验情况 ,通过改变钢纤维体积率、承台有效厚度、配筋量及配筋方式 ,观察和记录了桩承台裂缝开展与分布、承台底部中点挠度、侧边混凝土应变和底部受拉钢筋应变 ,分析了影响钢纤维混凝土四桩承台承载能力的主要参量。分析结果为进一步研究钢纤维混凝土四桩承台的抗冲切、抗剪切及配筋计算提供了试验基础。
Based on the experimental conditions of 15 large-scale steel fiber reinforced concrete four pile caps, the development and distribution of cracks on the pile caps were observed and recorded by changing the volume ratio of steel fibers, the effective thickness of caps, the amount of reinforcement, and the reinforcement method. The mid-point deflection at the bottom of the platform, the concrete strain at the side, and the steel strain at the bottom were analyzed. The main parameters affecting the bearing capacity of the steel fiber concrete four-pile bearing platform were analyzed. The analysis results provide the experimental basis for further study on the shear-resistance, shear-resistance and reinforcement calculation of steel fiber reinforced concrete four pile caps.
