患者女　 32岁　因左眼视力下降及视物变形、变小 1年。在外院曾用激素、维生素治疗无明显好转 ,于 1998年 3月来我院就诊。患者无眼外伤、传染病、慢性病史。右眼视力 1.5 ,左眼视力 0 .3。右眼前段及眼底检查无异常。左眼前段无异常 ,眼底视乳头大小、颜色正常 ,边界清 ,视乳 Female 32-year-old due to decreased visual acuity and visual distortion in the left eye, smaller for 1 year.
