为了贯彻《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和２０１０年远景目标纲要》，推动建筑业的技术进步，由建设部科学技术委员会和建筑业司组织有关专家编制的《１９９６～２０１０年建筑技术政策》，已以建建［１９９７］３３０号文件颁发，本刊将陆续刊登纲要和有关的专业技术政策，以便贯彻实施。
In order to implement the “Ninth Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the 2010 Long-term Objective Outline,” and promote the technological progress of the construction industry, the “1996-2010” was prepared by experts from the Ministry of Construction Science and Technology Committee and the Construction Industry Department. The “Architecture Policy for the Year” has been issued by Jian Jian [1997] No. 330. This publication will successively publish the outline and relevant professional and technical policies for implementation.
