呼市百货公司新城商业办公综合楼为位于高烈度区的续建项目。原结构为混凝土-框架剪力墙结构,施工到6层后进行了续建,续建部分采用矩形钢管混凝土框架柱-钢支撑结构体系,并按照现行规范进行设计。介绍了原建和续建部分的结构体系和关键部位的加强措施,框架柱节点在过渡区的细部构造,补充了罕遇地震弹塑性时程分析,结果表明,结构满足“大震不倒”的设防目标。在较为经济、合理的条件下,项目各关键构件满足所设定的抗震性能目标,结构具有良好的抗震性能。
Hohhot department store Metro commercial office complex is located in the high intensity of the renewal project. The original structure is a concrete-frame shear wall structure. After the construction is completed to the 6th floor, the construction is continued. The part of the continuation is reinforced by a rectangular CFST column-steel support structure system and is designed in accordance with the existing codes. This paper introduces the structural system of the original construction and the continuation part and the strengthening measures of the key parts. The detailed structure of the frame column node in the transition zone is supplemented with the time history analysis of the elasto-plasticity of the rarely encountered earthquake. The results show that the structure satisfies the “ ”The fortification goal. Under the more economical and reasonable conditions, the key components of the project meet the set of seismic performance targets, the structure has good seismic performance.
