一、前言茶树的养分吸收在新梢生长发育旺盛的时期(一叶展开以后),显著减少,在生育停止或从采茶后到第二次生育初期之间,又有显著增加。因此,茶树新梢生育时,必需直接从老叶等母体中获得养分。但老叶中贮藏的各种营养的浓度也是随着新梢的生育周期、采摘周期而发生周期性的变化。春茶鲜叶化学成份变化的科研报告是比较多的,但对于新梢的生长发育和老叶中化学成份变化的相关性都很少。茶树是多年生植物,因而研究它贮藏养分和营养分配的动态,是极为重要的内容。
