Objective: To investigate the correlation between the timing of breastfeeding and complementary feeding and the occurrence of allergic diseases in infants and young children. Methods: Totally 160 infants and young children who were diagnosed as allergic diseases were collected. The questionnaires were used to investigate the timing of breast-feeding and the timing of adding egg yolk and protein, fish and shrimp to each infant. Results: The incidence of allergic diseases in infants and young children who were breastfeeding for> 3 months was significantly lower than that in infants younger than 3 months breastfeeding, egg yolk and protein 6 months and 6 months, and 8 and 8 months earlier There was no significant difference in the incidence of allergic diseases between infants and young children who added fish and shrimp months later (P> 0.05). Infants with> 1 year old nuts are less likely to have allergic diseases than those who were infants 1 year old. CONCLUSIONS: Infant breastfeeding should be> 3 months old with egg yolk and protein added 6 months earlier, with fish and shrimp added 8 months earlier and nuts should be added after 1 year of age.
