近几年,铜仁市着力打造黔东工业聚集区,旨在推动铜仁产业发展,进而带动整个经济的良性增长。经过几年的发展,经济总量和增速都有显著贡献,但对其是否实现了产业集聚的机制,尚莫衷一是,无法定论。本文整理铜仁市2012年至2014年相关数据,采用空间计量的经济学方法,引入溢出效应产业集聚和交易费用产业集聚两种产业集聚模式的分析,对铜仁市产业集聚现状进行定量分析,主要解析黔东工业聚集区内部、各区县之间和各经济开发区高新区之间的产业集聚情况。本研究发现铜仁市各区县之间既存在有益的溢出效应产业集聚模式,又存在有害的面向产业发展要素资源的内部竞争。而铜仁市各经济开发区和高新区,包括黔东工业聚集区内部,相互之间既没形成溢出效应产业集聚也未形成交易费用产业集聚。但是,如果我们把研究范围缩小至玉铜松经济带内部时,我们发现其内部四个区县与六个经济开发区和高新区之间能够有效协作,将区县间有害的内部竞争转化为有益的交易费用产业集聚,同时区县与经济开发区和高新区之间发展阶段衔接有序,保持了区县间原本存在的溢出效应产业集聚。考虑到铜仁市正持续加强对各经济开发区和高新区的产业发展投入,尤其是对黔东工业聚集区内的各经济开发区和高新区产业发展投入,本研究对铜仁市产业集聚现状的解析将帮助相关研究明确分析路径,并进一步开展铜仁市产业集聚发展的占优策略研究,有利于铜仁市建立交易费用产业集聚的制度构架,有利于铜仁市各区县发挥好溢出效应产业集聚的作用,也有利于各经济开发区高新区降低投入成本,加速实现上述两种产业集聚模式,助推经济社会发展。 In recent years, Tongren City, Qiandong efforts to build industrial clusters, aimed at promoting the development of Tongren industry, thus contributing to the healthy growth of the entire economy. After several years of development, both the total economic output and the growth rate have made significant contributions. However, it is inconclusive whether it will achieve the mechanism of industrial agglomeration. In this paper, the data of Tongren from 2012 to 2014 are collected. By using the method of space measurement, this paper introduces the analysis of two agglomeration modes of industrial agglomeration of spillover effect and transaction cost, and quantitatively analyzes the present situation of industrial agglomeration in Tongren City. Qiandong Industrial Agglomeration within the various districts and counties and high-tech zones in various economic development zone industrial agglomeration situation. This study found that there are both beneficial spillover effect clusters in all districts and counties in Tongren City, and there are also harmful internal competitions for resources of industrial development. The economic development zones and high-tech zones in Tongren City, including the Qiandong Industrial Agglomeration, have neither formed spillover effect clusters nor transaction costs aggregation with each other. However, if we narrow our research to the Jade Song economic zone, we find that four inner districts and counties in Inner Mongolia can effectively collaborate with six high-tech development zones and high-tech zones to transform the harmful internal competition among districts and counties into Beneficial transaction costs industrial agglomeration, while the county and economic development zones and high-tech zones at an advanced stage of development between the orderly, maintaining the existing spillover effect between industries. Considering that Tongren City is continuing to strengthen its investment in industrial development in various economic development zones and high-tech zones, and in particular in the economic development zones and high-tech zones in Qiandong Industrial Agglomeration, the current situation of industrial agglomeration in Tongren City The analysis will help the related research to make a clear analysis of the path and further study on the dominant strategy of Tongren’s industrial agglomeration and development, which will be conducive to establishing the institutional framework of Tongren’s agglomeration of transaction costs and conducive to exerting the role of spillover effect agglomeration in all districts and counties in Tongren. , But also conducive to high-tech zones in various economic development zones to reduce input costs and accelerate the realization of the above two modes of industrial agglomeration and boost economic and social development.
