连续纤维增强高温陶瓷基复合材料(HTCMCs)的制备主要有以液相或气相为先驱体的两条工艺路线。回顾分析了几种最有希望的工艺得出低温、低压、低成本、操作性强与近净尺寸设计,是今后HTCMCs制备工艺的发展趋势。
The preparation of continuous fiber reinforced high temperature ceramic matrix composites (HTCMCs) mainly consists of two routes with liquid or gas phase precursors. Reviewing several of the most promising processes to arrive at low temperature, low pressure, low cost, high operability and near-net-size design are the future trends in the development of HTCMCs.
