建立了医用负压引流聚氨酯海绵中单体甲苯二异氰酸酯残留量的气相色谱测定方法。选用GS-TEK GSBP-5毛细管柱(30 m×320μm×0.25μm),氢火焰离子化检测器,载气为氮气,流速1.5 m L/min,柱温采用程序升温,初始温度100℃,以20℃/min升温至200℃,保持1 min,采用外标法定量,并进行了方法学研究。结果表明,甲苯二异氰酸酯浓度在0.005 72~0.143 mg/m L的范围内,峰面积和浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 5,加标回收率95.40%~102.37%,相对标准偏差2.95%(n=9)。该方法专属性强、重现性好、灵敏度高,可用于聚氨酯海绵中单体甲苯二异氰酸酯残留量的在线测定。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of residual toluene diisocyanate in medical negative pressure drainage polyurethane sponge was established. A GS-TEK GSBP-5 capillary column (30 m × 320 μm × 0.25 μm) and a hydrogen flame ionization detector were used. The carrier gas was nitrogen and the flow rate was 1.5 m L / min. The temperature of the column was programmed and the initial temperature was 100 ℃ The temperature was raised to 200 ℃ at 20 ℃ / min and kept for 1 min. The external standard method was used for quantification and the methodological study was carried out. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of toluene diisocyanate in the range of 0.005 72 ~ 0.143 mg / m L. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 5, the recovery was 95.40% ~ 102.37% and the relative standard deviation was 2.95 % (n = 9). The method is highly specific, reproducible and has high sensitivity and can be used for on-line determination of the residual amount of the monomer toluene diisocyanate in the polyurethane sponge.
