本文以小鼠、大鼠进行药理实验发现:戊巴比妥钠的镇静剂量和麻醉剂量均不能预防丁吡卡因的毒性反应,而更大剂量,不但没有防护效应,反而出现协同的毒性作用,γ-羟丁酸钠对丁吡卡因的毒性有较明显的防护作用;γ-羟丁酸钠、安定能明显提高耐缺氧能力,其预防丁吡卡因毒性作作较强,可能与此何关。临床预防局麻药的毒性反应,γ-羟丁酸钠应该是值得考虑的药物。
