目的　探讨输尿管结石ESWL失败后采用腔内钬激光碎石术的临床疗效。方法　自 2 0 0 1年 10月至 2 0 0 2年 8月 ,对 2 8例输尿管结石 (ESWL失败 )行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术。结果　 2 6例经输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治愈 ,治愈率 92 .8% (2 6 /2 8) ;1例结石上移 ,辅以ESWL治愈 ;1例因输尿管纤维性扭曲改开放手术。结论　输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术安全、有效、方便 ,可以作为输尿管结石的首选治疗 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy after failure of ureteral calculi ESWL. Methods From October 2001 to August 2002, 28 cases of ureteral calculi (failed ESWL) underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Results Twenty-six cases were cured by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and the cure rate was 92.8% (26/28). One case of stone was moved upward and cured with ESWL. One case of urethral fibrosis was changed to open operation . Conclusions Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is safe, effective and convenient and can be used as the first choice for ureteral calculi
