用热分析法研究了解热镇痛药阿斯匹林与萘普生的二组分体系。当阿斯匹林与萘普生重量比为65∶35和85∶15时有两个最低共熔点,它们的最低共熔温度分别是62℃和108℃。在重量比为3∶7时形成一种分子复合物,其熔点为121℃。
A two-component system of antipyretic analgesics aspirin and naproxen was studied by thermal analysis method. When aspirin and naproxen weight ratio of 6 5: 3 5 and 8 5: 1 5 when there are two lowest eutectic point, their lowest eutectic temperature is 62 ℃ and 108 ℃. A molecular complex is formed at a weight ratio of 3: 7 and has a melting point of 121 ° C.
