对矿用汽车制动器主要部件进行了计算机辅助工程分析(CAE),包括:结构静力学分析、非线性接触分析、模态分析、瞬态动力学分析等。通过定量分析并动态模拟制动器主要部件在典型载荷工况下的应力、应变、位移分布,对制动器的强度、刚度及制动效能做出相对准确、直观、快速的评价,为合理选择制动系的相关参数,提高制动器的制动效能提供重要的参考。
Computer aided engineering analysis (CAE) of the main components of mining vehicle brakes, including: structural static analysis, nonlinear contact analysis, modal analysis, transient dynamic analysis. By quantitatively analyzing and dynamically simulating the stress, strain and displacement distribution of the main components of the brake under typical load conditions, relatively accurate, intuitive and rapid evaluation on the strength, stiffness and braking performance of the brake is made.
