淮北矿业集团朔里煤矿N534工作面风巷为沿空掘进巷道。在沿空掘进施工过程中,由于受到采动影响,出现了巷道顶板、底板及巷道两帮变形量较大,片帮严重等问题,增加了施工的难度,同时施工过程中,后路存在较大的安全隐患。为了解决施工过程中存在的以上种种问题,为保证工作面的安全开采和更科学的维护巷道,依据地质资料及现场具体施工情况,特在原锚网支护设计基础上进行了一定的改进。经过实践检验,采用新支护设计后,巷道顶底板及巷道两帮的围岩变形量大大缩小,片帮、坠肚子现象得到有效控制,满足了施工需要。
