在SolidWorks平台上设计了带式输送机机架的CAD模型。在Simulation模块中建立了机架的有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析,获得了固有频率和振型。以中间架的结构改进为基础,采用多个设计变量对整个机架系统进行模态频率优化设计,消除了不利的固有频率和振型,将机架基频提高到26 Hz以上,使其动态特性得以明显改进。
The CAD model of the belt conveyor frame was designed on SolidWorks platform.
