简要介绍华中电网在电能计量自动化系统方面所做的工作，分析和研究了商业化的电能计费系统的特点及实现电能计费系统的主要技术要求，提出建立华中电网电能计费系统的设计原则。
This paper briefly introduces the work done by Huazhong Power Grid in power metering automation system, analyzes and studies the characteristics of commercial power charging system and the main technical requirements of power charging system, and puts forward the design principles of establishing power charging system in Huazhong Power Grid .
