从Almut Koester区分的关系型谈话的几种类型出发,分析关系型谈话在职场话语中的社会功能。分析结果表明职场话语中的关系型谈话在表明态度及立场、避免冲突和尴尬、创造和谐氛围、促使工作的顺利开展,以及确立或转变身份等方面发挥着重大作用。关系型谈话是职场话语中不可或缺的组成部分,是职场话语研究的重要方面,值得研究者关注。
Based on several types of relational conversations that Almut Koester distinguished, the social functions of relational conversations in workplace discourse are analyzed. The analysis shows that relational conversations in workplace discourse play a significant role in demonstrating attitudes and positions, avoiding conflicts and embarrassment, creating a harmonious atmosphere, facilitating the smooth development of work, and establishing or changing identities. Relational conversation is an indispensable part of workplace discourse and an important aspect of workplace discourse research. It is worth investigating.
