剪裁激光拼焊坯板在汽车工业生产中得到了广泛而成功的应用,由于需要成本很高的激光焊接设备和昂贵的高精剪设备,过高的投资限制了其在实际生产中得进一步推广使用,尤其是中小批量的生产。针对这一问题,提出用激光切割代替高精剪,在同一台激光器上实现汽车用镀锌板的剪裁和拼焊工艺,并在自行设计的激光切割拼焊数控机床上对 SG CD 3和 W LZn 两种镀锌板用激光切割的方法剪裁后直接进行激光拼焊,并检测了焊接接头的拉伸强度、弯曲、冲压和焊缝成形等性能指标。试验结果表明,镀锌板的激光剪裁拼焊接头性能符合实际使用要求,在同一台激光加工设备上实现镀锌板的激光切割剪裁后再直接进行激光拼焊的工艺方法是可行的。
The tailor-made laser tailor-welded blanks have been widely and successfully used in the automotive industry.
