“上海市粮食供需平衡预测和辅助决策系统研究”于 1997年 11月在上海市科委立项。项目由上海市粮食局、上海市气象局和上海市财政局共同承担 ,上海市气象科学研究所为主要技术承担单位 ,华东师范大学统计系承担部分技术工作。项目在各承担单位领导的关心、支持下 ,历时 2年 7 “Shanghai Food Supply and Demand Balance Forecast and Auxiliary Decision-making System” was established in Shanghai Science and Technology Commission in November 1997. The project is jointly undertaken by Shanghai Municipal Grain Bureau, Shanghai Meteorological Bureau and Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Finance. Shanghai Meteorological Institute is the main technical undertaking unit. Statistics Department of East China Normal University undertakes some technical work. The project takes 2 years of concern and support from the leaders of the units
