为了考察生物饲料添加剂对鹅肠道菌群变化的影响及多糖、核糖核酸的增效作用,试验将435只四川白鹅随机分成3组(对照组、试验1组和试验2组),每组145只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组在基础日粮中添加0.02%生物饲料添加剂,试验2组在试验1组基础上再添加0.04%多糖和0.005%核糖核酸,试验期为40 d,测定第4,11,25,39天鹅肠道菌群数量。结果表明:试验1,2组鹅肠道中需氧益生菌(芽孢杆菌和粪肠球菌)和厌氧益生菌(乳酸菌和双歧杆菌)数均高于对照组,大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数均低于对照组。说明生物饲料添加剂可以促进肠道内益生菌的增殖,并有效减少致病菌的数量。
In order to investigate the effect of biological feed additives on the changes of goose intestinal flora and the synergism of polysaccharides and RNA, 435 Sichuan white geese were randomly divided into three groups (control group, trial 1 and trial 2) 145 only. The control group was fed the basal diet. The first group was fed with 0.02% bio-feed additive in the basal diet. The second group was supplemented with 0.04% polysaccharide and 0.005% ribonucleic acid on the basis of the first group. The test period was 40 days. 4,11,25,39 swine intestinal flora. The results showed that the numbers of aerobic probiotics (Bacillus and Enterococcus faecalis) and anaerobic probiotics (lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacterium) in goose intestinal tract of experimental group 1 and group 2 were higher than that of control group, and the numbers of Escherichia coli and Salmonella were lower Control group. Bio-feed additives can promote the proliferation of probiotics in the gut and reduce the number of pathogens.
