桂枝汤为仲景群方之魁,向为后世医家所推崇。关于其究竟是发汗剂还是补益剂,历来众说纷纭。许多学者从病因、病机及方剂组成等方面进行论证,推断本方应是补益剂,笔者亦有同感。现仅从其方后注作如下浅述,不妥之处,敬请同道指正。一、从煎药方法看其功用中药煎法,对其功用有着直接的影响,《医学源流论》曰:“煎药之法,最宜深讲,药之效不效,全在乎此”。对于煎药火候,历来有“武火”、“文火”之分,一般来说,解表之剂,其味多辛散,久煎则药性容易挥发,宜武火煎之:补益之剂,其味厚而需久煎,宣文火煎之。对于桂
