根据相关文献检索得知,国内外学者对有效教学行为的研究成果颇多,但其研究主要局限于在新课程改革下对于不同科目的教学如何构建有效教学行为以保证新课程改革的顺利实施,以及有效教学行为与学生学业成就之间的关系。有效教学行为源于西方的有效教学运动,最初研究优秀教师的人格特征,受行为主义心理学的影响,转而研究教师的有效教学行为。
